Writing and Revision

As a student currently taking Rhetoric and Composition what I've learned by reading different articles on revision is just how essential it is to writing well. As students we generally do not care to go back and revise our papers or essays but by researching this I've learned that not only does it help use become better writers over all, it also helps us find our errors as well as write in more depth. Revision helps us see what it is we are writing about from different angles. By doing so we a able to better understand whether or not we are delivering the message well to the reader, which of course is our main purpose.
